To fulfil this requirement, we make sure that we are rigorous in our selection of new employees, and that we invest in our personnel to ensure that they are competent and safe to undertake their duties.
All of our drivers are trained as a minimum to NVQ Level 2 and SAFED and are trained in house to the requirements of the Driver CPC.
