On 6 December 2019, James Clark and Howard Smith of KPMG LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of Clugston Group Limited (‘Clugston’) and Clugston Construction Limited (‘Construction’), in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Court in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List, No. 1296 of 2019, and 1297 of 2019 respectively.
On 6 December 2019, James Clark and Chris Pole of KPMG LLP were also appointed Joint Administrators of Clugston Services Limited (‘Services’), in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Court in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List, No. 1316 of 2019.
Please note, Clugston Distribution Services Limited and Clugston Estates Limited are not in Administration and continue to trade as normal.

The affairs, business and property of Clugston and Construction are being managed by James Clark and Howard Smith. The affairs, business and property of Services are being managed by James Clark and Chris Pole.

James Clark, Howard Smith and Chris Pole are authorised to act as an insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
