Frederick Gough School is a community secondary school located in Scunthorpe for pupils aged 11 to 16. The school was opened in 1960, becoming a comprehensive school in 1969 and now is one of the largest schools in the area with approximately 1200 pupils.
Clugston FM provide a full maintenance service to the school, which includes servicing of all heaters, emergency lighting, air conditioning, boilers, water heaters, vents and LEVS. Regular inspections of electrical installations and lifts are carried out at regular intervals as well as water inhibitor testing and fire-fighting equipment testing.
The servicing is carried out by a fully qualified air conditioning and energy engineer and is overseen by a multi-skilled contracts manager who are responsible for assuring statutory and mandatory compliance and ensuring systems are maintained to current standards, i.e. L8, HTM’s HBN’s etc. The team is supported by a fully integrated CAFM driven helpdesk based at our head office.
