Through firm control of our responsibilities and good communication we aim to provide a service which delivers certainty for our customers.
To achieve this we stringently apply management systems which are accredited to internationally recognised standards and are constantly reviewed and the results measured using a series of KPI’s.
Delivering on Time
Control of programming, to ensure we deliver on or before time is the responsibility of our project managers, who are trained in the use of 'CS Project' software; a computer based project management package designed to assist in controlling site activities.
With the system being site based, it can be used to review and replan changes in sequence or in customer scope.
Delivering Cost Certainty
We know that it is of paramount importance that any changes affecting cost are identified at the earliest opportunities and relayed to the customer so they can confidently manage their budget. To support this, project quantity surveyors liaises closely with the employer’s cost advisors, producing monthly reports, which allows final agreement to be reached as soon as possible after practical completion. This provides certainty of cost to the customer, and no surprises.
Years of experience has taught us that careful planning, investment in the skills of our people and the diligent application of sensible management procedures, results in the delivery of a quality service. All our activities are ISO 9001:2008 accredited and we set ourselves high standards in keeping with our culture of continuous improvement. Central to this is the need to understand what achieves customer satisfaction. To do this we undertake feedback throughout the project, especially after practical completion.
Delivering Safely and with Care
The precise attention to all elements of Health, Safety and Environment has earned the company a reputation for standards which are regarded as amongst the very best in the industry. This commitment starts with the Group Board and is instilled throughout the business to maintain a culture where health and safety has the highest priority.
From pre-tender through to delivery, we plan a safe approach into every step of our activities.
A rigorous method statement regime and strong management controls which are OHSAS 18001:2007 approved, enable us to deliver a service which maintains our commitment to protecting the well being of our customers, our own people, subcontractors, the general public and the environment. To support this we have been an active participant in Considerate Constructors programme since its inception, receiving numerous awards.
